I just got engaged, now what?
First, congrats! Now the fun begins! Reserving your vehicles in advance in an easy first step that can give you piece of mind while you work on the details of your big day.
What if I reserve too many or too few vehicles?
We advise confirming final logistics and vehicle requests at least 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding. Depending on our availability and deposit policy we try to accommodate all requests and changes.
Are there hourly minimums?
Yes there are hourly minimums. The minimum hourly rental depends on the vehicle. All prices and minimums can be found on the Pricing Wedding Blog.
What do you recommend for shuttling guests?
When estimating shuttling times, we advise you include 10-15 minutes for guests to board and exit the vehicle. Our most popular shuttle vehicles used are:

May the newlyweds opt for a one-way trip after the reception?
Of course! A one-way transfer in our Executive Sedan ensures your first night will be memorable.
Why is wedding day pricing different?
While our pricing remains competitive, there is a modest premium included due to the logistics involved with wedding transportation.
Is there seasonal pricing?
Chariots Wedding Day Special applies year round with the exception of Friday & Saturday evenings mid-April to mid-June.
Can Chariots help entertain my out of town guests?
We are happy to offer competitive pricing for wedding parties who wish to book additional excursions while they entertain guests in town for their ceremony.
Do you offer specials for Bachelor/ette parties?
Whether it’s a wine tour or a night on the town, we are happy to offer a 10% discount for your bachelor/ette party to those who also book their wedding day transportation with us.
How big is your fleet?
With over 60 vehicles and growing, Chariots’ fleet size has been nationally ranked amongst hundreds of US limousine services and is one of the largest in the area.
Is customer service available on the weekends?
We offer 24/7 support to all customer and utilize GPS tracking devices to ensure that our drivers arrive on time and operate our vehicles safely.
Are there safety regulations for limo and shuttle buses?
